Blackout Crew are a set of DJs and MCs from Bolton, UK. The group formed in 2004 at a Lottery-funded youth club called Harmony. They shot to fame with their club track, "Put A Donk On It", a tongue-in-cheek stab at 'chav' culture where popular dance tracks are taken and have a heavy 'donk' sample attached to them. In the group are six MC’s; Kevin Allison AKA Dowie MC, Rob Davis AKA MC Rapid, Kurtis Chadwick AKA MC Viper, Matty Fisher AKA Dubble MC, Zak Kabbani AKA MC Zak K and Jordan Cover AKA MC Cover.
